Midterm project. We needed to develop a design, create a pattern, and sew a half of the dress together, incorporating certain patternmaking skills we learnt in the class. 

This was the first patternmaking project of the semester. The skirt with slash and spread method.

I used it for my research in a journal and stuffed it with muslin.

Here we had to develop a design, a pattern and sew together a half of the skirt in muslin, modifying a basic skirt sloper with a godet, pleat or flare.
